Hosted Exchange Palm and other Mobile Device Setup (Non-ActiveSync)

You can use our GoodLink software on your Palm or other non-ActiveSync capable mobile devices to wirelessly synchronize your E-mail, Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Tasks, Public Folders and the Global Address List (GAL).

NOTE: When enabling the GoodLink service there is a list of supported mobile devices that the software can be installed on. Please make sure that your device is supportedbefore enabling the GoodLink service.

NOTE: Your company’s Exchange Administrator must Enable the GoodLink Service on your account prior to following these steps.

How to setup a Palm or other non-ActiveSync mobile device to use Hosted Exchange:

After your company’s Exhcange Administrator has enabled the GoodLink service for your Hosted Exchange account, you should receive an email with instructions on how to download and configure the GoodLink application for your particular phone.

Download the GoodLink Software

The email will contain a link to get the GoodLink application Over-The-Air (OTA) using your phones DATA network. Please make sure you you have a strong DATA signal and are able to get on the Internet with your phone before trying to use the link. The website will automatically detect your phone type and download the appropriate software.

Install and Configure the GoodLink Software

The email will also contain instructions for locating the GoodLink Setup file that was downloaded to your phone as well as configuration instructions.
