EasyStreet Maintenance Definitions:

Routine – '' 7 Day notice ''. This is standard operational maintenance such as patches and upgrades.

Emergency – '' 72 Hour notice ''. This type of maintenance is of a time-sensitive nature or on equipment performing in an impaired way.

Critical – '' No prior notice likely '' – The need to take action is immediate. This type of maintenance is needed to correct a service-disrupting issue. An after-action notification is standard.
