Basic troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Double-check your settings (see Getting Started instructions above).
  2. Try disconnecting (hanging up) and reconnecting (re-dialing) to EasyStreet.
  3. Unplug and plug-in your network connections, and power cables
  4. Restart your computer.
