Frankly, we don't like junk email (spam). It clogs our mailboxes, wastes system resources and frustrates our users. Instead of being effective advertising it alienates potential customers of companies who send it.

Our Email Policy

EasyStreet users may not send e-mail to any user who does not wish to receive it, either at EasyStreet or elsewhere. We recognize that e-mail is an informal medium; however, users must refrain from sending further e-mail to a user after receiving a request to stop. (This includes email chain letters which, by definition, are unasked for.)

Unsolicited advertising mailings, whether commercial or informational, are strictly prohibited. EasyStreet users may send advertising material only to addresses which have specifically requested it. Users who persist in using their accounts for junk email (unsolicited commercial email) will find their account terminated. Furthermore, EasyStreet will not forward mail of accounts terminated for bulk mailing or unsolicited advertising.

Reporting Other Abuse by an EasyStreet User

If you are reporting hack attempts, port scans and the like coming from an EasyStreet IP/user, please notify This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and include the relevant sections from your firewall or proxy logs and any relevant e-mail. We will contact the user to find out what actions are necessary to resolve the issue.

It is your responsibility to contact the offending party and their ISP.
