eVault Central Control Setup

This is STEP 2 of the eVault Central Control setup.
- Double click on the Central Control icon on your desktop.

Create a New Agent. Each Agent you create represents a workstation you want backed up by the Central Control program.
Description - Call this whatever logical name you would like.
Network Address - Enter the IP address of the machine to be backed up. If it is the same machine that the Central Control program is installed, you can call it localhost.
Port - Leave as-is.
User name - Enter a user name with *Administrative* access to the machine being backed up.
Password - The associated password for the above user name.
Save password - Check as desired.
Domain - If the user name logs in to a local network domain, enter the domain name here.
Click Get Status. If the user name you've entered has the proper permissions to access the machine, you will see the box in Step 4 below.
If you see an error box telling you that you don't have proper permissions on the machine, please see your network administrator for the proper user name to use.
Double click on the Agent profile name, then double click on the Global icon.
Click New.
Click Next.
Enter a logical name for this backup profile. Click Next.
Enter the vault name provided you by EasyStreet. It may not be the same listed in this example.
Click Next.
Click Next.
Enter the information provided you by EasyStreet. The above is for example purposes only.
Click Finish.
You are now done with the setup.
Next, go to STEP 3 to schedule a backup.
