Hosted Exchange Control Panel

 

  1. Go to https://exchange.easystreet.com/
  2. Click on Control Panel: link and Login.

    E-Mail Address :
    Your e-mail address.

    Password
    :
    Your password.


  3. The main Control Panel page.



    • Change password: This is to change the password of the current logged in user.

    • Log out: Log out of the Exchange server control panel.

    • View setup information: [THIS IS DESCRIBED BELOW].

    • View Support Answer Center For: An extensive documentation repository. This is your primary reference for possible answers to your questions.

    • To Change Backup External E-mail Address: If you have a different email address that is not your current company email address (for example if you have an @hotmail.com email address), you would configure it in this field. In the event that the Exchange server becomes unavailable, it will forward all your company email to your backup external email so that you at least do not have a lag in receiving email.

    • Outlook Web Access: This is the link back to the Outlook Web Access page.

    • Add/Change/Delete Users: [THIS IS DESCRIBED BELOW].

    • Edit Company Details: Self explanatory.

    • Edit Spam Settings: [THIS IS DESCRIBED BELOW].

    • Manage Secondary Domains: [THIS IS DESCRIBED BELOW].

    • Add/Delete Sharepoint Sites: Control panel to add or delete a Sharepoint site.

    • Reports: Provides disk space usage for the logged in user.

    • View Support Answer Center For: Same as the previous link.

  4. Click on Add/Change/Delete Users from the main Control Panel window.

  6. Go back to the Add/Delete/Change Users link from the main Control Panel page.


  7. Click on the Advanced link for the user created.

  10. Go back to the main Control Panel page. Click on View Setup Information.

    • This is the account information for logging in to the Outlook Web Access as well as to connecting to the Exchange server.
    • The Username listed is not used as your Username for connecting to the Hosted Exchange server. Please call EasyStreet Support to find out what this is used for.

  11. Go back to the main Control Panel page. Click on Manage Secondary Domains .
