Most of the features on the WebSiteOS work on any modern web browser. However, certain applications within the WebSiteOS work best for PC users using Internet Explorer web browser, or for Mac OS X users, with Safari web browser.
If you are having difficulties using a feature as documented on our support pages and are using an alternate web browser, then we suggest logging out and trying to use the feature in either Internet Explorer for the PC users or Safari for Mac OS X users.

You'll need the information we sent to you in your User Account Information email when this account was first created, or your Migration Account Information email if this account was migrated from our legacy web server environment. If you no longer have that email, please contact our 24/7 technical support at 503-968-3279.

Note: Due to the use of cookies, you can only be logged into WebSiteOS for one domain at a time (per web browser).
Make sure to use the Logout link on the upper left navigation panel when you are done managing your domain or if you need to switch to managing a different domain. You may also use the red X in the upper right of the screen to log out.
Closing the web browser window without logging out will cause problematic bizarre behavior of WebSiteOS when you launch it again later. If you are getting a blank screen or doubled left-hand navigation bars, then logout, try closing all open web browser windows and then login again.
