Reporting Problems

How do I report a problem with my hosting account?

If you encounter a problem with your domain not covered by support documentation, please mail a problem report to support@easystreet.com. Please include the following information with your request:

  1. Your domain name should be in the subject of the email.
  2. If this is a site that is being migrated from an old EasyStreet Server to our new platform, inlcude Migration in the email subject as well.
  3. Please provide any relevant URL's affected.
  4. A detailed account of the issue that you are experiencing
  5. What steps have been taken to try and resolve the problem?
  6. What steps would be performed to reproduce the error?
  7. What was being done on the system when the issue began?
  8. If possible, please include all error messages in full, exactly as they appeared.
  9. What Operating System (Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.) and browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari, etc.) are you using (include versions, if possible)?
  10. How long has the issue been occurring? When was the last time that this issue occurred?
  11. Please provide the ISP name and speed of service that you are using to access the Internet (i.e. EasyStreet DSL, 1.5/856)

Please be as descriptive as possible in your message. The more details you provide, easier it will be for us to diagnose and solve the problem.
