Find solutions to the most common problems experienced by roaming users and how to get technical support while you are on the road.

How much does it cost?

EasyStreet's iPass roaming service is there whenever you need it. You're only charged when you use it. Charges for using the iPass roaming service range from $3.74/hour (in the US) to $21/hour. The iPassConnect Client contains pricing information so you'll know the exact charge for each access number before you use it. The charges for this service are computed per minute that you are connected, tallied on a monthly basis, and are added automatically to your credit card bill or invoice.

Where can I connect from?

Our global Internet roaming service, enabled by iPass, extends to more than 150 countries. In many of the major cities there are several network providers, improving your service availability with multiple access points and redundant networks. Use the iPass Access Point Finder to get the number of access points available for each country or city, or download and launch the iPassConnect Client to view actual phone numbers.

How does it work?

You make a local call to an iPass partner using the iPassConnect client, and the client uses custom software to log you onto the network and keep track of your usage.

To use iPass, you need an account with EasyStreet and the current iPassConnect Client. When you travel, you use the iPass client to dial a local number and log in with the your dial up account username and password. In effect, you are still logging into the Internet via EasyStreet, even though you are dialing in through a different provider. You can continue to use your regular web browser, email program or newsgroup software.
