E-mail Client Autoconfiguration

It's very simple to setup your e-mail software.

If you are using Outlook Express (on Windows 2000 or XP) or Outlook 2002/2003 (on Windows XP), please proceed.
If not, please refer back to the Basic Setup Instructions


  1. Close your e-mail client.

  2. Enter ALL the information below and click "Configure".


    3. If you are unsure how to answer any of the questions, please contact our technical support.


    Display Name:
    		Your name as you would like it to appear in outgoing messages. Ex: John Doe
    E-Mail Address:
    		 Your e-mail address. Ex: johndoe@domain.com or janedoe@easystreet.com
    EasyStreet Login:
    		 Your EasyStreet login name. Ex: esjohn or janedoe
    Your e-mail program
    		 The e-mail program you will be using. If you don't see your mail program listed,
    you will need to configure it manually. You can find instructions here.
    Is EasyStreet the only way
    you connect to the internet?
    		 If you ever use a non-EasyStreet connection please select no.
    Do you require a secure
    connection SSL?
    		 Have you contacted EasyStreet Support to enable webmail on this email address?
    (If you would like to use webmail but haven't asked EasyStreet Support to enable
    it, please contact our technical support before proceeding.)
     

  3. Please use the instructions for your e-mail client and browser.

    Outlook 2002/2003

    Internet Explorer Firefox
    Click Open

    		 Click Open With
    Your firewall or antivirus programs may detect this as an intrusion.
    Please allow this to run.

    Then click "Yes" on the Outlook prompt.







    Outlook Express

    Internet Explorer Firefox
    Click Run

    		 Click OK



    Locate the file you saved and run it.

    Your firewall or antivirus programs may detect this as an intrusion.
    Please allow this to run.

    Click Yes


    Click OK



  4. To set up another e-mail address on the same computer, start over at step 1 with that information.

  5. Congratulations, your mail client is now configured.
    *Note* If you already had e-mail accounts configured in this mail client, they are still there. If you would like to remove them, please do so manually.
