If you have your own email server see: Running your Own Mail Server. If you received your account information from us, and it includes and email username and password, you are checking your email from the EasyStreet mail server.

The the size of your email account on our server (pop.easystreet.com) is limited to 100 megabytes.
Individual email messages that are larger than 10 MB are not allowed through our mail server. For more information see EasyStreet Email Server Limits.
We filter out messages that contain attachments that have been associated with viruses, trojans and worms. See our EasyStreet Email Server Limits.

Setting up mail forwarding for Basic Dial Up, and DSL accounts
(Business Dial Up and Small Office or Corporate account customers generally have their own mail server.
If you have a business account, and you are using EasyStreet's mail server, call 503-646-8400 and speak your Account Manager about mail forwarding.)
