Using SMTP Authentication

  EasyStreet > Support > Email > Using smtpauth.easystreet.com

Customers using our Nationwide Dialup service, or connecting to the Internet through another ISP, need to set our Authenticated Server as your Outgoing Mail Server, and set your email program to send your email username and password when it is sending mail.

Nationwide Outgoing Mail Server: smtpauth.easystreet.com
Be sure to set: My outgoing mail server requires authentication, and set your mail program to send your EasyStreet email account username and password.

Troubleshooting SMTPAuth Problems

Getting the Error "Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied" ?

This error usually occurs when you have changed your Outgoing Mail Server name to smtpauth.easystreet.com, but you have forgotten to set the checkbox that allows your outgoing mail server to use authentication (or you have used the wrong username and password).
