In order to activate and use your EasyStreet Hosted Exchange service, your domain must be pointed to our email servers by DNS. Please go to your domain registrar (or whoever manages your DNS) and change your DNS MX records to the following:

MX1.MYOUTLOOKONLINE.COM Typical Priority: 0

MX2.MYOUTLOOKONLINE.COM Typical Priority: 5

NOTE: Do NOT make the priority the same for both MX servers as this will cause loss of email. The Priority/preference number for MX1 must be lower than that of MX2.

NOTE: If MX Logic service is used in conjuncture with the Hosted Exchange service, DO NOT use the above MX records. In this case only the MX Logic MX records should be used.

If EasyStreet manages the DNS for your domain, this is usually done automatically. If a DNS change is required, please send a change request to hostmaster@easystreet.com.
